Tips
Quitting smoking can be
extremely hard. Off the top of my head, I'd
estimate that only 2 or 3 % of people who
simply try to stop by themselves cold turkey
actually quit for good. This means that you
need help stopping smoking!
There are a variety of ways
you can get help, such as counseling,
hypnotherapy, gums, patches, and more. One way
might not work for you, so you should switch to
another way if you are not finding success in
resisting and eventually ending your
cravings.
